ORDER TIMELINE

All products will ship within 3-5 business days of order date.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade.

PAYMENTS

At this time we are taking payments with Square. We do not see or store your credit card information. We only see the last 4 digits of your credit card and that your payment has been processed.

We are sorry. but at this time we have decided to remove paypal as one of our payment options due to the time it takes paypal to process payments and release funds.

DISCLAIMER

We encourage all customers to perform a patch test when introducing new skincare products to their routine.

Apply a small amount to your forearm and wait approximately 24 hours to ensure there’s no reaction present. Discontinue use if there are any signs of irritation or itchiness.

Please consult with your medical practitioner if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or have known allergies before using  any new product containing essential oils or fragrance in your skincare routine.

Freda Jane’s Inc. does not make any claims to treat or cure any skin condition with any of their products. Our skincare products are not a medication, and we can only make recommendation for suitability of our products.

Any recommendations accepted by a purchaser are accepted entirely at the purchasers risk

Individual Customer feedback is provided voluntarily, and as such it is based on individual perception & expectations from a particular product. results may vary.

Care for your new product(s) by

Follow label instructions if specific storage guidelines are included.

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight

Always use clean hands or included product applicators to maintain the integrity of the product.

Be mindful of the printed expiration date on the bottom of your product package.  Because our products are handmade and without a lot of synthetic ingredients, they have a limited shelf life. We put an expiry date of six months from when I made the product but this is a very conservative.

Additionally, many of my products, like my soap, don’t “expire” but their aromatic properties will fade over time.

Your product(s) can be damaged if

Stored in direct sunlight

Stored in the shower or other area that exposes it to water and moisture

Dipping unwashed hands into the product may affect the integrity of the product.

ALLERGIES / SENSITIVITIES

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please be sure to check the ingredients listed in each product section before purchasing or contact us – we’d love to help!

As with all bath and beauty products, avoid sensitive areas and test a small area before applying liberally.

Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

Please note that even though our products smell super yummy, they are for external use only. NUT ALLERGIES: please note that many Freda Jane’s products include nut ingredients and our studio is NOT a nut free environment.

Our company ships through the following carrier.

Canada Post

International shipping 
At this time we do not offer international shipping.  We hope to offer this option in the near future.

COST CALCULATIONS

Shipping rates for products we sell are weight-based.

We offer free shipping for orders over $75.00

TIMELINE

All orders will ship within 3-4  business days via Parcel shipping (Canada Post) and will have a tracking number.  You will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Delivery times depend on where you live. Most orders usually arrive in 5-14 business days.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, Freda Jane’s does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Should your order arrive and there is something clearly wrong with your product(s) or they have been clearly damaged in transit, Freda Jane’s may offer to resend or issue a refund on a case by case basis.

In order to have your products resent or a refund issued, you will be required to provide photos of the damaged products.
